Utah LPN License Renewal Requirements
Utah LPNs must satisfy a continuing competency requirement. You can satisfy this requirement by completing at least 400 hours of licensed practice in the past two years, completing at least 200 hours of licensed practice and 15 contact hours of CE in the past two years, or completing 30 contact hours of CE.
