Yes, you can take all twenty-four (24) of your continuing education hours from NurseCE4Less. Our courses are ANCC accredited, and we offer a wide range of topics to meet your needs and interests.

Florida nurses are renewed by department in three groups, group 1,2, and 3. Group 1’s license expires April 30, 2024, group 2’s license expires July 31, 2024, and group 3’s license expires April 30, 2025.

There is a requirement each renewal for all Florida registered nurses to take a 2-hour course on the Prevention of Medical Errors, a 2-hour course on Nursing Laws and Rules, and a 2-hour course on Human Trafficking. Every other renewal, a 2-hour course on Recognizing Impairment in the Workplace is required. Every third renewal, a 2-hour course on Domestic Violence is required. During first renewal, a one-time requirement of a 1-hour course on HIV/AIDS is required. All other continuing education hours are electives.
