NurseCE4Less Social Media Giveaway Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all social media giveaways (each, a “Giveaway”) hosted by NurseCE4Less and/or its affiliates (collectively, “NurseCE4Less,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) on any of our social media platforms, unless otherwise stated.
1. Sponsor
All Giveaways are sponsored by NurseCE4Less. Contact details for the Sponsor will be provided in the applicable Giveaway description or on our website.
2. Eligibility
Giveaways are open only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and immediate family members of NurseCE4Less and its affiliates, as well as anyone professionally connected with the Giveaway, may be ineligible to participate, unless otherwise stated.
3. Agreement to Terms
By participating in a Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and by NurseCE4Less’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
4. Giveaway Period
The start and end dates and times for each Giveaway (the “Giveaway Period”) will be specified in the applicable Giveaway description. Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
5. How to Enter
Entry methods will be described in the applicable Giveaway description. No purchase is necessary to enter or win unless explicitly stated. Entries must comply with all stated requirements to be eligible.
6. Additional Terms
Each Giveaway may include additional terms and conditions, including but not limited to eligibility limitations, entry requirements, prize details, and winner selection methods. Any such additional terms will be included in the Giveaway description and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Prizes
Prizes, including their quantity and approximate retail value, will be described in the applicable Giveaway description. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash unless otherwise stated by NurseCE4Less. NurseCE4Less reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.
8. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the selection method described in the Giveaway description.
9. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected as described in the applicable Giveaway description. Winners may be notified via direct message, comment reply, email, or other reasonable method. If a selected winner does not respond within the timeframe specified, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Terms, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
10. Publicity
By accepting a prize, winners grant NurseCE4Less permission to use their name, username, likeness, and/or entry content for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
11. Platform Disclaimer
Giveaways are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform on which they are hosted (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, or TikTok). By entering, participants release all such platforms from any responsibility related to the Giveaway.
12. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless NurseCE4Less from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, except where prohibited by law. NurseCE4Less is not responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed entries, or other errors beyond its reasonable control.
13. Privacy
Information collected in connection with a Giveaway will be used in accordance with NurseCE4Less’s Privacy Policy and for the purpose of administering the Giveaway.
14. Right to Modify or Cancel
NurseCE4Less reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel a Giveaway at any time if circumstances beyond its control compromise the fairness or integrity of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and any Giveaways are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the applicable state laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
