Q. I bought a test, now how do I take it?
|
A. To access tests....
- Go to http://nursece4less.com. You can log in on any page by entering your email address and password. After entering the information click the "Login" button. If you are already logged in, it says "Logout".
- Clicking on the "My Account" link (http://nursece4less.com/MyAccount.aspx) takes you to the My Account page where you can view all the tests on your account. (You have to add the courses first from the course list page. http://nursece4less.com/CourseList.aspx)
- Next to each test on your account is a link that says "Take Test". Clicking on this begins the process of entering your answers.

Q. Which states accept these courses?
|
A. NurseCe4Less.com is accredited by the State of Florida, Board of Nursing (CE Provider # 50-9573). All states that require Nursing Continuing Education, accept courses which have been approved by another state Board of Nursing. EXCEPTION: Delaware does not except our courses.

Q. What if I lose my Internet connection while I'm taking a test?
|
A. Each time you complete a set of 5 questions, your responses are entered into a database. If you lose your connection, simply reconnect and continue your test where you left off. At the worst you would have to re-submit those 5 answers.

Q. What is a passing score for the courses?
|
A. 80% and above.

Q. Can I have my certificate of completion mailed to me?
|
A. For a fee of $5.00 we will print and mail your certificate to you. Remember, you can always download or print certificates from completed courses at no cost anytime you wish.

Q. What if I don't pass a test?
|
A. Each test may be taken up to 3 times. After submitting a test for scoring, if you do not achieve a passing score, you will be told which items were incorrect.

Q. How do I add courses to my account?
|
A. To add courses:
- Log in
- For the test you want, click on the "Add to my account" button next to the test.
- On the "Course Description" page, click on the "Add to my account" button again.
- Click on "My account" and your courses will be listed.

A. Yes. All purchases and logins go through our secure services provided by 1and1 security services. You can be assured that any purchases are safe through our site.

Q. At what point can I receive a refund for a test I've purchased?
|
A. At any point before submitting a test for scoring, you can receive a 100% refund.

Q. How soon will I receive my CE certificate for the course?
|
A. When you submit your test for scoring, it will be scored immediately. If you have a passing grade, your certificate is available to print immediately.
